DUTIES (ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY):
Responsible for planning and formulating environmental policies; development of project proposal; provides technical assistance to the country team and state counterparts; provides analysis report on matters related to environment, sustainable development and bio-diversity to the policy makers; provides with the SD councils the technical administrative matters and other duties by prescribe by the Director and the Program Manager for Environment and Sustainable Development; performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Environmental Planning, Management or related field plus three (3) years of work experience in the related field. Knowledge of financial management and accounting procedures, good computer skills in database management.
