The Government of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) seeks a qualified individual to fill the position of Quality The Position: Responsible to monitor, direct and control activities of engineering consultants and constructions contractors; performs design reviews and coordination; assist in development and implement quality assurance plan and field inspections on assigned project; develop scope of services for contractors and consultats for assigned projects; perform feasibility studies and condition assessments; provide overall project control to adhere to budgets, scope and schedule; liaison with State IPIC to assist with project development within the State; serve as supervisor for all assigned PMU personnel assigned to the States; performs other duties as assigned. The Incumbent: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or constuction management or related field plus five (5) years of experience as a civil engineer. Benefits: A salary from $15,000.00 but not to exceed $30,000.00 per annum depending upon qualification of the applicant. Housing, travel and reloction will be provided if applicable.
