New Student Center & Classroom Building for the Yap Campus The Program Management Unit is pleased to announce the award of a contract in the amount of $1,972,419.57 for the construction of a new Student Center & Classroom Building for the Yap Campus of the College of Micronesia to Waab Construction. This represents the first contract for Compact Infrastructure in Yap State and for the first time the FSM National Government will have active construction projects ongoing in all four states.
Notice of Public Hearing for PPA This notice of public hearing is made to inform the general public that the Pohnpei Port Authority (PPA) is holding a public hearing pursuant to Title 32 Pohnpei State Code Section 1-117 which gives the PPA Board of Directors power to reconsider, amend, modify or provide a waiver of any rule or regulation. The subject of this hearing is in regard to a request by Mr. Timakio Ehsa, Owner of Pohnpei Marine Services (PMS) for a waiver of a PPA Seaport Regulation that will allow him to apply for a permit to serve as an agent for vessels that call on Pohnpei Port.
