BID ANNOUNCEMENT

The Department of Health and Social Affairs is currently accepting bids from an individual who is familiar with lifestyle issues in the federated States of Micronesia; considered and expert in this area.  It is a 2 months period February 15, 2012 to March 30, 2012.

Scope of Work                                                                                                          

1.  Contractor will compile Tobacco Data
2. Contractor will develop IEC and Presentation materials using Tobacco Data Facts Sheets and Survey Results, etc.
3. Contractor will mobilize the State Tobacco Programs & coalitions to support the CPPW advocate work plan.
4. Contractor will advocate the importance of creating Tobacco Policy/Physical activity and nutrition-designated healthy food area in food stores.  Enactment of policies, directives, MOU or guidelines are measures to reduce tobacco use, physical inactivity and poor nutrition.
