1.FMIS Budget Preparation Software (FMIS03)
The Departments of Finance and Administration and the Budget Offices within the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) have historically conducted budget development using a variety of methodologies and tools which are not consistent across states.  In recent years additional tools have been added to support the development of Performance based budgeting and reporting. The Budget and Performance tools are not integrated with each other and do not integrates with the Financial Management Information System (Fundware) currently in use across the FSM.
2. Yap Incident Command Tream Training
The Department of Health & Social Affairs seeks the services of an individual or institution to conduct a course on Hospital Emergency Coordination to the Hospital Incident Command Team at the Yap State Hospital and otehrs who may be invited to attend.
3. Safety Cabinets & Chemical fume hoods
The Department of Health and Social Affairs seeks the services of an individual or an Institution to conduct certification of biological safety cabinets and chemical fume hoods in hospital laboratories in the Federated States of Micronesia.
4. Printing Services
The FSM Department of Education hereby solicit bid from interested individuals, firms or organizations to provide printing services for the following three documents:
1. English Language Arts, Student Learning Outcomes for ECE - Grade 8,
2. English Language Arts, Student Learning Outcomes for Grade 9 - Grade 12,
3. English Language Arts, Student Learning Outcomes Scope and Sequence for ECE - Grade 12. 
5. Revovation
The Department of Health and Social Affairs (HSA) of the FSM National Government hereby solicits bid from interested companies to provide fixtures, renovation, and other necessary improvement in the existing conference room and the vital statistic room within the department

6. Yap Memorial Hospital
This project is to renovate the Yap Memorial Hospital. The work includes but not necessarily limited to the construction of a new free-standing 2,800 square foot two story building, the construction of a new maternity and labor ward in an existing building, replacement of deteriorated architectural components, rehabilitation of the chilled water system, rehabilitation of the power distribution system, overhaul of the water treatment plant, painting of the entire hospital inside and out and all related work such as site demolition work, site and site utility work, coordination of all construction activities and all related incidental work.
7. Boat Rental Servicing in Chuuk Lagoon Islands
The Government of the Federated States of Micronesia, Department of Health and Social Affairs (HSA) invites bid proposals for interested parties/vendors in the FSM for Boat Rental Servicing in Chuuk Lagoon Islands
8.Training on the expected outcomes of the National Outcome measures
The Department of Health & Social Affairs is currently accepting bids from an individual or organization to provide training on the expected outcomes of the National Outcome measures for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Program Data Clerk’s and other necessary Data Clerk’s of the Department of Health and Social Affairs and the State Health Services Staff.  The expected duration of this training is one week.
9. A morgue Refrigerator and Embalming Machine for Dr. Arthur P. Sigrah Memorial Hospital in Kosrae, Federated States of Micronesia
