The
Position.Manages
and administers the overall functions of the ICT Unit; plans, develops
and implements ICT Unit's goal and activities; develops and maintains
policies on the use of ICT resources to ensure optimal utilization
of the resources toward meeting SBOC goals and objectives; oversees
the development, maintenance and administration of the SBOC's ICT
infrastructure; administers the development and application of standards
and procedures necessary to develop, install and maintain efficient
computer information system; designs and develop required databases
and applications, including web-based applications; plans, develops
and implements the ICT budget, obtaining competitive prices from
suppliers; provides advice on the establishment of SBOC's hardware,
software and ICT security policies and oversee the related procedures;
develops and maintains SBOC's website and/or related support websites;
designs, arranges and conduct staff training in ICT system, including
data entry and use of application programs; performs other duties
as assigned.
The
Incumbent: Graduation from an accredited college or
university with bachelor's degree in IT, communications technology
or data mangement plus three years of work experience in database
and system development and administration, programming and system
analysis and design.
Benefits:
Salary range from $30,000.00 per annum depending upon the qualification
of the applicant.. Housing, travel and relocation will be provided
is applicable.
